Manitoba SWO Points Calculator
Check the MPNP Skilled Worker Overseas 60-point self-assessment—and the mandatory Manitoba connection that must be present regardless of your score.
60 / 100 minimumYou must reach at least 60 points on the SWO self-assessment grid.
Connection is mandatoryA score of 60+ without an eligible Manitoba connection does not make you eligible under SWO.
Not the EOI scoreThis 100-point eligibility grid is separate from the MPNP EOI ranking score out of 1,000.
Eligibility self-assessment
Calculate the five SWO factors
Use the official five-factor grid, then confirm your Manitoba connection. The calculator will not show “eligible” unless both conditions are met.
Two-part test: SWO requires an established Manitoba connection and at least 60 points. Reaching 60 points by itself does not create a Manitoba connection and does not guarantee an invitation.
Avoid a common mistake
100-point eligibility is not your 1,000-point EOI ranking

Used to check the minimum 60/100 factor score plus the required Manitoba connection.
MPNP EOI ranking
A separate pool-ranking system scored out of 1,000. It has different factor values and risk deductions.
Have a Manitoba connection?
We can check whether the connection is valid, whether the work and education evidence fits the pathway, and what your next step should be.
