Ontario Workforce Priority Stream
The former OINP Employer Job Offer streams are closed. Ontario now uses the Ontario Workforce Priority Stream as its current employer-supported provincial nomination pathway.
Do not keep the old Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker, International Student or In-Demand Skills content as current. Existing applications submitted under the former streams continue under their applicable rules, but new candidates use the redesigned Ontario Workforce Priority Stream.
Current Pathways
TEER 0–3
For eligible workers with a qualifying permanent, full-time Ontario job offer in a TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3 occupation and the required work experience, licensing or other pathway requirements.
TEER 4–5
For eligible workers with a qualifying permanent, full-time Ontario job offer in a TEER 4 or 5 occupation who meet the current work experience, education and language requirements.
Self-Employed Physicians
Eligible self-employed physicians can qualify without a traditional job offer if they meet Ontario's professional registration and health billing requirements.
1. Employer PortalEmployer submits the position/job offer.
2. Job Offer IDCandidate receives the ID needed for the EOI.
3. Expression of InterestCandidate registers and enters Ontario's selection pool.
4. Invitation & ApplicationIf invited, submit the complete OINP application.

$2,000Job offer in the Greater Toronto Area
Selection is competitive. Meeting the stream's minimum eligibility requirements or registering an EOI does not guarantee an invitation or nomination.
