Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)

SINP includes employer-supported, occupation-focused, Saskatchewan-experience and Express Entry-aligned pathways. Selection in 2026 is strongly tied to provincial labour-market priorities and available nomination spaces.

50%+ minimum reserved for priority sectors
750 spaces reserved for Saskatchewan graduates working in priority sectors

Health Talent Pathway

For eligible physicians, nurses and other health workers with qualifying Saskatchewan employment.

Agriculture Talent Pathway

For eligible agricultural, nursery/greenhouse and selected food-processing workers.

Innovation & Tech Talent

For qualifying workers in designated innovation and technology occupations.

International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer

For eligible skilled workers with a qualifying Saskatchewan job offer.

Skilled Worker with Existing Work Permit

For eligible workers already employed in Saskatchewan under qualifying work authorization.

Student Category

For qualifying Saskatchewan graduates with eligible Saskatchewan work experience and employment.

Saskatchewan Express Entry

For eligible Express Entry candidates who meet SINP criteria and the current points threshold.

Occupations In-Demand

For eligible skilled workers without a Saskatchewan job offer who meet the current SINP points and occupation requirements.

Employer process changed: Saskatchewan now uses the Employer Position Assessment (EPA) process instead of the former Job Approval Form model for employer-supported positions.
Important for PGWP holders: current SINP eligibility is more restricted. PGWP holders are limited to specified pathways such as the Student, Health Talent, Agriculture Talent, Innovation & Tech Talent and International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer categories, subject to their individual requirements.
