2026–27 international information: CityU's current tuition schedule lists $800 per credit for international students in the Master of Counselling and Master of Education categories for July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Its international application procedure lists a non-refundable $200 application fee. The Master of Counselling is available to international students in a full-time, in-person Vancouver weekday cohort and CityU explicitly states that international graduates of this program are eligible to apply for a PGWP. CityU's current MEd School Counselling page states that program is not available to international students, so it is not presented here as an international option. CityU separately advertises an international Welcome Grant for the Master of Education – Education in Leadership program; applicants should verify the active cohort, delivery format, intake, total credits, English requirements and PGWP status before applying.
