International Graduate stream Filled up for IRCC TR to PR but you still have a chance to apply in ot

Workers in Canada: Essential, non-health care, Number of applications that will be accepted: 30,000 and Workers in Canada: health care Number of applications that will be accepted: 20,000 (English Speakers). These streams are still accepting applications.
 
IRCC opened the new portal for TR to PR on May 6, 2021. Very surprisingly, the portal is not only easier to operate, but also running smooth. It did not crash, IRCC proved all the speculations false.
 International graduate stream has reached its limit of 40000 applications in near about 24 hours. However Essential workers non-health care and health care are filling slower and expected to last for coming weeks.
If you are working in one of those essential occupations in Canada you can still start your application and most likely you will be able to finish it in time even if you do not have language results and other required documents ready yet. But you must be able to get those in the coming week ASAP.

Health care worker : For temporary residents with work experience in one of the health-related occupations listed in Annex A.
Essential worker : For temporary residents with work experience in one of the other essential occupations listed in Annex B.

Be employed in Canada in any occupation at the time of application.
 

• If you have already given an English test and Waiting for your Physical copy of the Test Report form: We can submit your application with your online result with the full explanation letter.
• If you have not done with your Medical Examination yet: We can submit your application with your upcoming medical appointment confirmation with the full explanation letter.
• If you have not done the RCMP police record check: We can submit your application with your upcoming appointment confirmation with the full explanation letter.
• If you have not done police clearance certificate from your home country: We can submit your application with the full explanation letter.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must

• be in Canada.
• have valid status in Canada.
• plan to live outside of Quebec.
• meet or exceed the language requirements.
• be currently employed.
• have eligible work experience.
• not be a refugee claimant in Canada.

1.  Language requirements -You must prove your ability in English or French. The minimum language requirements are Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) Level 4.
2.  To be eligible, you must be employed in Canada when you submit your application.
3.  Work experience = You need 1 year of work experience (at least 1,560 hours) in the past 3 years. Unlike your current employment, which can be in any job, your experience needs to be in one or more eligible occupations.
