October 2025 Draw: 474 Invitations Issued
In the October 2, 2025 draw, British Columbia issued 474 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under various Skills Immigration streams. The minimum score required was 140, reflecting a competitive selection process as the province balances the higher demand with its newly increased quota.
Recent Draw Trends in 2025
May 8, 2025: 94 candidates were invited in the first Skills Immigration draw of the year.
July 8, 2025: An Entrepreneur Immigration draw issued 12 invitations under the Base category and a few under the Regional stream, with minimum scores of 121 and 115.
August 19, 2025: Another Entrepreneur draw issued 15 invitations with minimum scores of 124 and 115.
